Site HR Admin Ops Specialist

Role:

The Site HR Admin Ops Specialist is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within a Contract working site/Logistics plant. This includes managing people relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

The role acts as a bridge between plant operations and HR function, supporting both strategic and day‑to‑day HR needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs for plant employees.
• Manage administration and performance management systems.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Monitor working conditions and address employee concerns.
• Employee Relations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Regularly update plant management on labor regulations and cooperate to solve issues with staff.
  • Point of contact with site employee representatives.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support management with replacement and organizational solutions.
  • Support plant management with workforce planning and organizational.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Deploy central HR function initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or logistics plant.
• Proven experience in labor compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict resolution, proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
