Black & White Engineering seeks an experienced Site Engineer to support data centre and mission‑critical projects across Italy and Europe. You will bridge design and construction, ensuring MEP installations meet designs, specs, and quality standards while delivering on project objectives.

You will gain hands‑on experience through the full project lifecycle, from construction to testing, commissioning, handover, and reporting, working with clients, contractors, and engineers to resolve issues and

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience of site supervision, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering project teams.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations and quality standards.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, document control platforms such as Aconex or Asite, and site management software.
• Working knowledge of Italian engineering standards, regulations, and construction practices.
• Experience working directly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Membership, or working towards membership, of a relevant professional institution such as CIBSE, IET, InstMC or IHEEM.
• Working Italian language skills, including technical and construction terminology.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy and Europe.
• Data centre or mission‑critical project experience would be advantageous.

Essential Skills
