A leading fashion company located in Rome is seeking a Showroom Sales Assistant to support the commercial team during the Pre-Fall 2026 market. The role requires experience in Fashion Wholesale, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Italian and English. Responsibilities include managing showroom appointments, supporting the Sales Manager, and generating sales reports. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in Fashion Wholesale and/or Buying.
• Knowledge of the denim segment is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Support Sales Manager in Brand Management.
• Handle Showroom Appointments and Walk-ins.
• Produce daily Sales Reports for Sales Manager.

Who We Are Looking For

Tomorrow Group is looking for an enthusiastic applicant with proven experience in Wholesale & Showroom Sales to support the commercial team during the

Pre-Fall 2026 market at our Paris Showroom between January 21st and January 27th 2026.

As Showroom Sales Assistant you will support Tomorrow to achieve global sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure optimisation of the business in-season. You will be well connected, have in-depth knowledge of the contemporary market and understand the importance of brand positioning. You will have experience in womenswear and menswear, as well as a strong understanding of international markets and key players.

What your day to day will look like

Work closely with Sales Manager on Brand Management

Handle Showroom Appointments and Walk-ins alongside Brand’s Team and Area Managers

Produce daily Sales Reports to feedback Sales Manager on Brand Performance

Utilise Order Taking System (JOOR)

Requirements

1year of Fashion Wholesale and / or Buying experience. Knowledge of the denim segmentis a strong plus

Strong knowledge of Retail Business & Markets

Solid Reporting & Analytical Skills

Excellent organisational skills and keen eyes for detail

Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must speak Italian and English (Minimum level B2), any other language is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Must have the legal right and eligibility to work in Italy
