This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming showroom atmosphere and organizing events for clients. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Interior Design and strong proficiency in MS Office. French is a plus.

B Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Luxury Interior Design Brand, we are looking for a :

Showroom Manager Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Showroom Manager will ensure the best reception for all visitors (contract clients, individuals). He / She will be the ambassador of the Brand image and the instigator of a reflection on the "active and commercial role of the showroom".

Responsibilities
  • agenda, organization, storage, small stewardship, contact with suppliers, with outside companies (painter, carpenter, etc.);
  • Successful operation of the Brand Milan Showroom in terms of sales, service and operational effectiveness;
  • being aware to act as ambassador into the national and international design community;
  • Welcome existing and potential customers and assist them in the selection of the products with an effective interior design consultancy;
  • Preparation of existing samples for clients or representatives (any type);
  • Preparation of commercial offers through the internal CRM software and its update;
  • Keep the image of the Brand in the Showroom coherent in coordination with the headquarters’ visual merchandiser throughout the year and during special events like Salone del Mobile.
  • Organization of small events with customers during the year;
  • Support the Commercial Director for training new and existing customers about the various products of the company, both at the company’s Showroom and at the customers’ store / studio.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Interior Design or similar is required, the Bachelor is considered a plus;
  • 3 years of sales and management experience (interior design industry and / or luxury retail sales is ideal);
  • Knowledge of the luxury market and architectural & arts world and a good knowledge of textiles for interiors;
  • Optimistic and positive attitude;
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver, avant-garde thinker with great attention to details;
  • Proficient in using MS Office;
  • Professional proficiency in both French is a plus.
