Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate – Wholesale Operations in Milan to support shop-in-shop and host stores, and to elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Join a Jet Set team focused on brand standards, product knowledge, and selling service, while maintaining image and grooming aligned with the brand. Strong English and collaboration are valued in this role.

Major Responsibilities

• People Work as part of a Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues within the Shop in Shop and host store
• Take accountability for personal self evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador

• Collaborate with Shop in Shop and Host store management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards and selling service

• Proactively manage client database to increase sales
• Maintain floor presence and lead by example
• Build and maintain good communication with Shop in Shop and host store management team to drive store performance.
• Support with educating the retail partner sales associates on the Michael Kors Jet Set selling experience.
• Sales Meet and exceed sales goals holding self accountable for results
• Use the Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers and retail partner sales associates with passion and confidence
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales

Job Description Sales Associate – Wholesale Operations

• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Work with retail partner to ensure all visual graphics are current
• Work with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and on the selling floor in a timely manner
• Ensure VM standards are executed following the guidelines
