Gi BPO SRL, a company specialized in the study, design and delivery of solutions that optimize outsourcing activities, is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Junior. The role is part of the 2026 Milano Cortina activities.

Position: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Junior

Job Description: The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Junior is responsible for local and international transportation of goods, including coordination and supervision of the local fleet of vehicles in the host country, and other administrative tasks related to finance operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the local fleet of vehicles, establishing routes to/from venues on a daily basis
• Processing Material Transfer Forms and transport requests
• Preparing the loading plan to guide warehouse personnel on what to load onto each truck, daily
• Supervising correct completion of transport requests
• Liaising with internal and external clients regarding the status and whereabouts of their transport requests
• Keeping track of dates, volumes, vehicles, and other administrative data on Excel, Smartsheet, and other software
• Communicating orally, via phone, and in writing via email or chat applications with the Organizing Committee staff, internal and external personnel at venues, and other OBS departments
• Solving logistical issues when they arise and reporting to management complex or recurrent problems
• Reviewing and obtaining all required documentation for correct execution of transport orders, such as accreditations for vehicles and drivers, access passes to venues, correct sealing of vehicles, and delivery slots at venues
• Checking and registering cargo loadings to ensure correct cargo is loaded, and solving any issue related to cargo distribution according to transport requests
• Keeping track and processing financial data such as costs and invoices

Experience & Skills:

• Excellent command of English and Italian, verbal and written
• Experience preferred but not necessary in trucking, warehousing, international logistics, and purchase orders
• Good knowledge of administration tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.), especially Excel
• Proactive, team worker, responsible, careful, exhaustive, perfectionist, and pay attention to details

• Operations based in OBS Warehouse in Vignate
• Full time shift work including evening and weekends
• Subject to national/international criminal background checks

Requirements:

• Good use of Excel
• Fluent in English

Contract Information:

Contract duration: 10/11/2026 to 20/03/2026. Workplace: Vignate (MI). Working hours: shifts, including weekends. National Collective Bargaining Agreement: Logistics and Transportation – Level 6.
