A premium cruise line is looking for a Concierge to deliver exceptional service to guests in the Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, strong hospitality and communication skills, and the ability to manage events for large groups. This role involves being the primary contact for guests, addressing their needs, and maintaining a luxurious environment in guest areas.

Competenze

• 2-3 years background experience as Front Desk / Receptionist in a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Ability to speak English clearly and distinctly with guests.

Mansioni

• Acts as primary contact and advocate for all guests.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintains the appearance and ambiance of the Concierge lounge.
