Burger King in Mont Belvieu, TX is seeking a hands-on team member with leadership potential for a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, team motivation, and operational readiness at each shift.

You will train and supervise staff, take orders promptly and courteously, resolve concerns, manage inventory, and handle cash deposits with accuracy. Reliable transportation is required.

HERE-S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for:

• Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.

• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
