Diaverum AB in Sicily, Marsala invites a skilled clinician to assist the Medical Director in patient management and dialysis therapy selection. You will tailor treatment plans, supervise dialysis sessions with nurses, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining medical records.

Requirements include professional registration and proficiency in Italian; English is a plus. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment within a multicultural healthcare group with international scope.

• Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
• Select therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
• Conduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
• Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities.
• Prepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.
