A leading food company in Italy is seeking a SHE Technician to support safety, health, and environmental policies. The ideal candidate will have a Master degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in this field, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include supporting incident investigations, updating ISO procedures, and ensuring compliance with Italian law and corporate guidelines. The organization values a positive working climate, teamwork, and individual accountability.

Competenze

• Fluent in English is required.
• 3 or more years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment Management is necessary.
• RSPP Qualification is required.

Mansioni

• Support the organization in the SHE Policy and Management System standard issue.
• Take part in accident/incident investigation.
• Provide technical support to RSPP and Leadership team on SHE subjects.
• Update procedures in compliance with ISO 45001.
• Ensure contractors adhere to SHE policies and procedures.

We are looking for a SHE Technician in our Company!

• Support the organization in the SHE Policy and Management System standard issue;
• Take part in accident / incident investigation;
• Provide technical support to our RSPP and Leadership team on any safety, health and environmental related subjects;
• Update all procedures included in the ISO 45001
• Provide SH&E support and advice, including the preparation of DUVRI, plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities;
• Collaborate with external parties to prepare audits
• Coach and motivate the personnel in terms of Safety and Environment by survey and S&E initiatives;
• Ensure all contractors adhere SHE Cisterna Factory's policies &procedures;
• Guarantee the SHE compliance according with Italian law, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
• Carry out regular site audits and inspection and follow up on any corrective actions;
• Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Health and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in local law and Corporate guidelines;

This figure reports directly to the SHE Manager.

Requirements

• Master degree in Engineering;
• Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems;
• RSPP Qualification;
• 3 or above years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment Management;
• Fluent in English;
• Problem solving, decision making;
