Job summary

Moncler in Milan HQ is seeking an IT Application Specialist to own the management and evolution of digital/e-commerce applications, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related platforms. You will collaborate with E-commerce, Digital and Omnichannel teams to translate business needs into robust solutions and ensure stable operations.

You will coordinate partners across the full delivery lifecycle, govern external tech suppliers, and shape online customer journeys at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Hands-on SFCC or similar enterprise e-commerce platform experience.
• Strong communication with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own management and evolution of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related platforms.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Digital and Omnichannel teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Ensure application stability, performance and continuous improvement, overseeing day-to-day operations and service management.
• Coordinate development partners across the full delivery lifecycle and govern external tech suppliers.
