Job Description
As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ADC EMEA SMP clients and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assessing the requirements for managing a project and adapting industry‑standard methods to fit the specific context.
- Managing the work of ServiceNow technical experts who provide consulting services and implement new product features.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Regularly updating the project's status dashboard.
- Attending meetings, taking notes of instructions, tasks, and queries, and documenting them accordingly.
- Creating and keeping up to date both program and technical documentation.
- Collaborating with sales and pre‑sales team.
Qualifications
- +5 years of experience managing projects related to ITIL or process improvement.
- Experience managing projects related to the ServiceNow platform, evaluating the impact of customizing and configuring the platform for specific business requirements.
- Relevant experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and quickly learn new skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strong customer‑facing abilities.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Project, Visio.
- Skilled in solving problems creatively and adapting to changing requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large projects, including communicating updates to executive teams and coordinating across functional teams.
You should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, and you should communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
