Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Expert. The role is part of the Digital Customer eXperience practice and involves delivering ServiceNow solutions for complex environments.
In addition, the candidate should have experience in IT processes including Service Management, Customer Service Management, Security Operations, Portfolio & Demand Management, and Asset Management, gained in client-facing environments.
Excellent knowledge of the main ServiceNow modules; CSA certification and at least one Implementer certification of the main applications are required. CAD ServiceNow certification is a plus. Development and use of Javascript (client and server). Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and UI Builder. Good command of English. Ability to work in a team, flexible, proactive and autonomous in delivering tasks.
