Overview

Join to apply for the ServiceNow Developer - Technical Leader role at TXT GROUP.

TXT GROUP is looking for a ServiceNow Developer - Technical Leader to join its expanding ServiceNow development team, with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and, preferably, a proven track record in leading or coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Project Managers
• Providing technical coordination for a group of 3-4 people with more junior profiles
• Working with customers and functional analysts to contribute to solution analysis thanks to technical know-how on the ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, CSM, and ITOM platform modules
• Training new members

Technical skills required

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development

Experience in the technical coordination of small groups of people would be a plus. A good attitude and aptitude for teamwork and a willingness to keep up to date with developments in the ServiceNow platform.

Education: Diploma or degree in STEM subjects.
