Descrizione del lavoro

The Business Analyst works with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements. The BA also works with the Development Team to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.

Job Responsibilities

• Work within the client's internal governance team, supporting them with strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Form a partnership with the client business teams to deeply understand their business
• Collect, review, analyze, and manage business, user and system requirements from client stakeholders to create clear, concise, and correct user stories
• Bridge the gap between business and technology ensuring common understanding and alignment of business/technology requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects such as quality attributes, scalability, interfaces, constraints, etc.
• Create, refine, and maintain functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and associated deliverables—process flows, test cases—to meet development and stakeholder needs
• Work with Development Team to facilitate story estimation
• Support Development Team in understanding business and test requirements
• Work together with Technical Lead to translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and facilitate the Knowledge Management process

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in ServiceNow projects
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, modules, and ITIL framework
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situations
• Proficiency in capturing and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios/scripts, data models and business procedures
• Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio/Miro/eDraw/draw.io and related applications)
