Service Planner

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

What you will do

The Service Planner will be responsible for the service level of spare parts in warranty and out of warranty and consumables. He/she will guarantee order fulfilment for customers/Asas, respecting target service level and target stock rotation index in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the service level to the markets and for the level of stock available in the warehouse of parts provided by internal plants and Chinese suppliers
  • Analyze forecasts and historical data for each SKU and identify action to guarantee the target availability
  • Analyze the proposals for replenishment issued by the planning software and confirm/amend the quantity to be ordered from the supplier
  • Supplier order issuing, monitoring, expediting and choose of best delivery way
  • Monitoring of supply chain KPI and suppliers KPI
  • Cooperate daily with inbound specialists, order management, technical department, and logistic specialist to guarantee the allocation of the orders in the warehouse
  • Put in place corrective action to guarantee the respect of lead time of deliveries and order fulfillment (call/visit to the suppliers)
