Position :

The Service NOW Administrator will be responsible for the technical management of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules critical to the banking environment. They will contribute to the integration of ServiceNOW with other platforms in Fineco’s IT landscape.

They will operate in a structured and regulated environment, ensuring the platform’s operability, stability, and compliance with audit policies and regulations (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT).

Main Responsibilities :

  • Operational and administrative management of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, etc.).
  • Supervision of updates, patching, and quality control across environments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
  • Platform monitoring, capacity management, and performance tuning.
  • Implementation of security policies and access segregation.
  • Technical support for internal / external audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Active participation in CAB and Change Management processes.
  • Development of custom components for ITSM workflows on ServiceNow (Business Rules, Scripted Flows, Catalog Items).
  • Implementation of interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., legacy ticketing, monitoring, IAM).
  • Creation and maintenance of scripts, workflows, notifications, and automations.
  • Maintenance of technical documentation for the platform.
  • Degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a banking or enterprise context.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) and IntegrationHub connectors.
  • Basic knowledge of security, authentication (LDAP, SSO, SAML), and IT Governance.
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, and secure connectivity.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, IntegrationHub Specialist) and ITIL are appreciated.
  • Precision and ability to operate in high-criticality and audit environments.
