This Position reports to: Local Division Manager Electrification Service

Your role and responsibilities

You will lead the Marketing & Sales Support team and implement the strategy across the designated area, with a strong focus on export markets (mainly ABB Local Sales Organizations) and engineering-to-order projects for local markets.

You will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers, while overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals to ensure compliance with ABB standards and targets.

Additionally, you will play a key role in integrating medium- and low-voltage services, building an integrated Marketing & Service Sales Support team that preserves best practices, adopts a broader vision, and leverages every opportunity to enhance business value.

Work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

  • Creating, implementing, and reviewing local sales support strategy.
  • Defining key targets for customer support and ensuring those are reached.
  • Assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
  • Developing marketing strategies across various countries, aligned with the global ELSE strategy.
Qualifications for the role
  • Strong skills in resource management, with a focus on enabling teams and fostering collaboration and performance.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally as a Service Sales Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of low- and medium-voltage products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Broader vision when collaborating with all factory stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and manage complex projects.
