Job Mission:

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our systems. You will work closely with a dynamic team to install, maintain, and service our equipment, contributing to our mission of advancing automation.

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills with previous technical experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving, relational, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer orientation.
• Availability to travel midweek within the national territory.

Experience and Education:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Relevant technical education or certifications in engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational support to customers.
• Carry out installations at customer sites, both independently and with the support of internal resources or in cooperation with partner companies.
• Perform testing and/or commissioning activities, including training of operators.
• Handle preventive and extraordinary maintenance interventions, independently identifying the cause and the appropriate solution; issue detailed intervention reports/documentation.
• Support the sales department in identifying technical requirements and organizing demonstration tests.
• Ensure quality and workplace safety standards.
• Manage any internal logistics.
