The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, and proficiency in both Italian and English. Travel within Italy and occasionally internationally is required.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Italy. This is a full‑time hybrid role with strong analytical and problem‑solving, communicating technical information skills. Our Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting systems and be customer‑focused and results‑driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various types of SANY construction equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance checks and scheduled services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
• Customer Support : Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Training : Conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SANY systems.

Qualifications

• Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in maintenance system and repair, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing, understanding of electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Language : Fluent in Italian and English.
• Licenses / Certifications : Valid driver license and any relevant certifications in heavy equipment.
• Software Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
• Travel : Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally as needed.
