A well-known engineering company in Italy is seeking an Export Service Engineer to provide global technical support and training for its products. Candidates should have an electrotechnical or electrical qualification and at least one year of experience in a relevant field. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are mandatory. This role involves collaboration with R&D to innovate new products. Remote support is included, but onsite troubleshooting may be required.

Clivet SpA, is now looking for a new colleague who will join our Service Team as Export Service Engineer.

What about this new opportunity?

As our new Export Service Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities :

• Guarantee technical support to our distributors, subsidiaries and customers around the world. Yes, we are talking about the entire world!
• This support can be done remotely or directly to the customer / distributor premises. So, in case there is an high complexity, you will be asked to go there and make trouble shooting!
• Which kind of products are we talking about? You will be dedicated to our catalogue of Applied products. You will not get bored! As we do believe in life-long learning, you will also be in charge of training to our subsidiaries and distributors!
• Last but not least :

Clivet is well known for the innovation that puts in our R&D and you, with the strong knowledge you will develop about our products, will collaborate with the R&D directly to develop new products!

This is what we are looking for this new role :

• We are looking for someone with an electrotechnical / electrical high school diploma or bachelor degree in electrotechnical / electrical / energetic.
• Do you already have experience as a service Engineer? Have you gained at least one year of experience in this field? We welcome you!
• Yes, you will be working with all over the world but we do not expect you to know all the 7000 languages, but English will be mandatory and if you know an additional one..Better!
• You will be in contact with our customers... But also with a lot of colleagues! This means that we are looking for someone with strong communication and relationship skills.
• We are looking for someone leaving near Feltre (BL).
