TATA Consultancy Services, a company leader in the IT consultancy sector since 1968, is searching a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage a team of Helpdesk Operators on 4 different client's location in the country.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual, with previous experience in managing and coordinating their own team from remote.

A deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong, interpersonal relationships with different stakeholders is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the delivery of Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services of different Operators in different locations;
  • Perform relevant Quality checks and work on improvements aspects together with the OSS and Warehouse;
  • Regularly collaborate with SD Teams and Automation and Transformation Team to improve / maximize customer experience and satisfaction by driving value in service delivery;
  • Understand and drive future demands, act as an escalation point for the local Customer as a SPOC;
  • Deliver detailed status reports including metrics, performance / results, issues / challenges, potential delivery risks etc;
Requirements
  • Previous Team Coordinating experience;
  • Experience with Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services and best practices;
  • experience within the BFSI and IT Consulting industry;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
