DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Service for Cummins in Lombardia, Italy.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone or in person and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues related to service, repairs, or warranties.

Analyze customer needs, gather required information, and create detailed work orders including diagnostic plans, repair quotes, and schedules.

Coordinate with the Service Supervisor and / or Team Lead to review repair plans, confirm labor and parts availability, and assign job tasks efficiently.

Communicate repair status updates to customers throughout the service process, ensuring transparency and professionalism.

Prepare and explain repair estimates and final invoices to customers, including warranty coverage and cost breakdowns.

Monitor key workshop performance indicators such as labor productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, taking action to improve results.

Participate in the on-call service rotation, ensuring 24 / 7 customer support and timely response to urgent service needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following :

Solid financial and logistical skills, with the capacity to support service processes, dealer operations, and technical coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience :

Technical trade school / vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.

Requires significant and / or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
