A digital marketing firm in Padova is seeking an aspiring SEO intern for a 6-month internship with the aim of hiring. You will be trained in keyword strategy, SEO audits, project management, and more. Ideal candidates should have a passion for digital marketing, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and good command of English and Italian. We are looking for an aspiring SEO to train and join our SEO team of around 16 vertical people on SEO for ecommerce. The internship will last 6 months with the ultimate goal of being hired.

YOU WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING MACRO AREAS:

• Keyword strategy: Analyzing keywords and the potentially-interesting semantic factor for companies;
• SEO Audit: Analyzing the optimization status (technical, links and contents) of a website to define the optimization roadmap;
• Project Management: Managing SEO projects under the coordination of the several players involved, in order to obtain the best results possible;
• SEO Operations: Implementing operating activities, such as metatag generation, copy revision, development assessment or technical optimizations;
• UX: support UX specialists in carrying out usability tests with users and Heuristics Analyzes;
• Monitoring: Analyzing and assessing project performances (with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SEOzoom, AWR); analyzing user behavior in websites through tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex-Metrica, Hotjar, …;
• Reporting: Drafting reports and analyses, with the help of Google Data Studio and/or Tableau.

But above all… working alongside our Senior SEO Consultants, you will have the opportunity to acquire the SEO mindset that will allow you to understand what needs to be done to improve online visibility.

IDEAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Passion for the Digital and Ecommerce world
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
• Degree theses on issues related to Digital Marketing
• Good/very good knowledge of the English language (it is not necessary to be a native speaker, but it is necessary to be able to handle a call)
• Good/very good knowledge of the Italian language
• Being a good team player
• Ability to perform analyses and presentations
• Good knowledge of Excel (do you know the Pivot tables? 😊)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio
• If you have your own projects (websites, blogs, SEO, …) it is definitely a great advantage for us
