As SEO & ASO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful SEO and ASO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversion rate and improve search engine rankings. You’ll work alongside cross‑functional teams (content, product, design, marketing), leverage sophisticated SEO tools (we’re open to investing in new licenses), and play a key role in our growth strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Define and implement the SEO/ASO strategy, aligning with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search visibility, traffic quality, and rankings.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and development teams to resolve technical SEO issues and boost overall site performance.
- Lead content planning and creation with internal teams, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich assets and effective link-building initiatives.
- Supervise organic performance (traffic, conversion, user behavior) to refine strategies and measure impact.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and integrate SEO into wider marketing campaigns, bringing to bear innovations like LLMs.
- Conduct regular competitor’s benchmark and stay abreast of the latest ASO trends.
- Monitor and report App store performance and other ASO metrics for all the consoles.
What you'll bring:
- You have demonstrated years of hands‑on SEO/ASO experience, whether in‑house or at a digital agency, with a strong grasp of standard methodologies and algorithm updates.
- You’re confident with key SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA, SEMrush) and familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- You understand technical SEO, including mobile performance and site speed optimization, and can collaborate optimally with product and development teams.
- You’re analytical and data-driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- You’re proactive, well‑organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You communicate clearly across teams, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, and are proficient in English. University degree is a plus but not required.
