Luxoft is seeking an Automotive Wiring Systems Engineer to join a German OEM project in Italy. You will design wiring harnesses, create 2D/3D layouts, and ensure proper signal routing, shielding and insulation for ECUs, sensors and HMIs.

You should have a solid understanding of voltage/current/power distribution, CAN/LIN/Ethernet networks, EMC/EMI principles and signal integrity for ADAS/HPC, with remote-friendly arrangements and preference for near Turin.

Competenze

• Understanding of voltage, current and power distribution.
• Knowledge of vehicle networks: CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Ability to calculate wire sizing and voltage drop.
• Knowledge of fusing and protection concepts.
• Solid electrical fundamentals and wiring system design.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI and signal integrity for ADAS/HPC.

Mansioni

• Design of Wiring Systems: create schematics and 2D/3D layouts of wiring harnesses.
• Define routing of electrical signals and power between ECUs, sensors, actuators and HMIs.
• Ensure correct wire types, sizes, shielding and insulation.
