Human Technopole in Milan seeks a Senior Virtualization Engineer to design, implement and optimize its virtualization and VDI environments, ensuring performance, security and scalability. You will lead automation initiatives and collaborate across ICT teams, reporting to the Core Services Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in VMware infrastructure, Horizon, and strong networking/storage knowledge, with fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in VMware infrastructure engineering, virtualization architecture, or EUC.
• Expert-level knowledge of virtualization systems such as VMware, OpenStack, Hyper-V.
• Strong experience with VDI infrastructure and Application Volumes (Horizon).
• Understanding of networking (vDS, VLANs) and storage (vSAN, NFS, iSCSI).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); willingness to relocate to Italy.
