Senior Vendor Management

Responsibilities
- Document and maintain electronic vendor and contractor records.
- Ensure the maintenance of vendors database in line with business needs.
- Scout potential suppliers for business areas that lack them.
- Ensure an impartial supplier qualification process by coordinating the internal stakeholders belonging to all company teams.
- Collaborate with disparate business groups to coordinate vendor related activities.
- Implement and optimise vendors management processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply chain management or similar fields.
- 3/5 years in the same positions mentioned above.
- Erasmus or exchange experiences is a plus, as well as internship or Master in Supply Chain field.
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
- Responsibility and precision for details.
- Candidates should be open-minded, humble, courageous, determined, and capable of working in a team with flexibility.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills.
- Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging.
