We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to bring the user experience of our platform to the next level.

You will play a key role in defining the UX of Spoki, working closely with the team to ensure smooth, intuitive, and engaging interactions across our product ecosystem. Your goal will be to improve usability, optimize workflows, and create an experience that increases user satisfaction and business success.

Ideal Profile

Over 4+ years of experience in UX / UI design, with a focus on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products.

A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on platform UX, highlighting problem‑solving skills, user research, and design execution.

Experience designing complex flows, balancing user needs and business goals.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and information architecture.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven UX optimization.

Excellent collaboration skills: comfortable working with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Startup mindset

Proactive, hands‑on, iterative, and comfortable in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Plus

Experience with AI‑based interfaces, conversational UI, and chat‑based user experiences.
