Job summary

Manhattan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Point of Contact to lead the implementation of multiple supply chain software packages.

You will provide senior level design for client-specific enhancements and proactively troubleshoot issues that arise during deployment. You will work with customers to test interfaces between MA products and external systems during configuration, testing, training and implementation.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a supply chain or software organization (TMS).
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical point of contact during implementation of multiple supply chain solutions.
• Provide senior level design for client-specific enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Test interfaces between Manhattan Associates products and external systems with the customer team.
• Configure, train, and implement solutions with the customer.
