Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Laundry Territory Manager for Italy. You will provide expert consultation to commercial laundry operators, design wash programs, and optimize linen quality, efficiency, and sustainability across the Italian market.

You will travel within your territory, partner with sales and service teams, lead technical analyses, and deliver training and demonstrations of Ecolab's laundry products and processes to customers.

Formación

• A High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Leadership experience
• At least 5 year of relevant work experience in a technical, service, or industrial environment.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and service teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic work plans for completing service/consultation calls with existing customers
• Define washing programs and set the dosages on laundry machines
• Carry out chemical analyses (mesure conductivity, ph, titrations)
• Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
• Support Sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs
• Support Sales team in providing extensive hands‑on product and solution training
