CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Telematics Software Development Engineer to lead embedded applications architecture for Construction Equipment. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, guide development activities, and ensure robust software delivery in a demanding Telematics environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of embedded Linux, C++, and IoT ecosystems, with responsibilities spanning architecture governance, model-based design, and cross-team coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 5+ years experience.
• Master Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Strong C++ and Embedded Linux experience.
• Experience with telematics, CAN, MQTT, HTTP/gRPC.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of IoT/cloud integration.

Mansioni

• Understand telematics platform designs including hardware, BSP and app software.
• Create detailed software documentation.
• Coordinate external suppliers and internal teams to integrate components.
• Develop software models from requirements using Model Based Design.
• Plan resources and participate in safety analyses as needed.
• Document activities using corporate tools and traceability.
• Collaborate with the Telematics team to ensure quality and schedule.
• Support customer/field team and troubleshoot issues.
• Travel up to 10% for troubleshooting.
