An international design consultancy is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to oversee large-scale projects in Venice. The ideal candidate will be a registered architect or engineer with over 5 years of experience, strong Revit skills, and an understanding of Italian building regulations. This role requires effective project management and the ability to coordinate design with consultants.

Competenze

• Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations.
• Experience of more than 5 years in the detailed design phase of projects.
• International experience is beneficial.

Key Reonsibilities

• Oversee one or two large sparge scale projects managing the technical design of them effectively
• An ability to manage the design and coordination of consultants
• Technical ability to design components of a building EG facade
• An ability to review detailed and construction drawings and mark them up with comments

Qualifications

• Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer
• PIVA
• Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations
• Experience of more than 5 years of the detailed design phase of the project
• International experience would be also of value
