MSD is seeking a Principal Developer to own the architecture of Siemens Teamcenter X PLM platform, including server-side customizations, BMIDE extensions, and AWC integration. You will mentor engineers and partner with analysts, administrators, and partners to deliver validated, compliant solutions.

You will lead end-to-end design and development, drive enterprise-wide integration patterns (ERP, CAD, MES), and ensure quality through design reviews, validations, and secure-coding practices within

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter development experience, including 5+ years on AWC customization.
• Extensive codeful BMIDE customization experience.
• Experience leading Active Workspace Client customization: declarative UI in JSON, REST/SOA consumption.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 9001).

Mansioni

• Own the technical architecture for Teamcenter X customizations and integrations across server-side, AWC, and integration layers.
• Lead design, development, and unit-testing of server-side customizations using ITK; mentor developers.
• Drive migration from Aras to Teamcenter X; establish standards and reference designs.
• Architect and review codeful BMIDE extensions and determine when codeful customization is justified.
• Define workflow handler patterns and support engineering change, document control, and product release processes.
