Topcon Positioning Group cerca un Senior System Test Engineer da inserire nel laboratorio di Concordia sulla Secchia (MO). Testerete soluzioni avanzate per construction e machine control, collaborando con ingegneria, prodotto, software, hardware e team internazionali.

Esperienza in QA e testing, forte approccio analitico e buone capacità di inglese sono fondamentali; patente di guida gradita. Il ruolo offre opportunità di lavoro in un contesto tecnologico avanzato.

Competenze

• Esperienza in QA e testing di sistemi, ingegneria o campo tecnico correlato.
• Spiccata capacità analitica e approccio metodico al testing.
• Aptitudine meccanica ed elettrica, interesse per costruzione e macchine GNSS.

Mansioni

• Guidare i test di sistema per prodotti Topcon Construction e Machine Control.
• Pianificare ed eseguire test su banco, in laboratorio e sul campo.
• Indagare problemi tecnici, riprodurre casi cliente e fornire report di verifica chiari.
• Collaborare con ingegneria, R&D, software, hardware, prodotto e supporto.
• Mentorare QA e System Test Engineers e migliorare i processi di testing.

Topcon is looking for a hands‑on Senior System Test Engineer to join our local testing facility in Concordia sulla Secchia( MO) In this role, you will validate advanced Construction and Machine Control solutions used in real field environments, working closely with engineering, product, software, hardware, and global technical teams.

What you will do

• Lead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
• Plan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.

What we are looking for

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical approach to testing.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with interest in construction, agriculture, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Good English communication skills.
• Driving licence required; experience with construction machinery is a plus.

• Attractive compensation: 50,000–55,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
