Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Recognize Platform team. You will own the infrastructure powering Ping's authentication and authorization services across production EKS clusters globally, reporting to the Senior SRE Manager.

You'll work in a small, senior team with high ownership and short feedback loops. Bring proven SRE/DevOps experience, infrastructure automation (Helm, Terraform), Kubernetes expertise, and a passion for GitOps, AI agents, and secure

Qualifications

Proven SRE/DevOps experience.
Strong infra automation with Helm, Terraform.
Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, Flux.
Experience deploying to EKS.
Monitoring and alerting experience (New Relic, Splunk, PagerDuty).
Familiar with AI agents in engineering.
Secrets management knowledge (SOPS, AWS KMS).
CI/CD tooling (CircleCI).

Responsibilities

Drive deployment automation across production and test EKS clusters using GitOps.
Own infrastructure requirements and backlog maintenance.
Collaborate with delivery engineers, product owners, and software developers.
Build and maintain a scalable, automated platform foundation.
Integrate and extend AI agents to accelerate workflows.
Support Ping's authentication and authorization services.
