Finance Controller

What you’ll do

• Budget, LRP and rolling reforecast processes across all On Demand revenues (owned and 3rd party) and opex costs
• Monitor Brand solutions costs expenditure and related revenues generated
• Full ownership of Advertising Opex financials at month-end, providing clear explanations for variances, and identifying & managing risks and opportunities
• Responsible for Opex and On Demand business case evaluations
• Delivers insightful ad-hoc financial analysis which creates value – demonstrates good judgement, presentational skills and influencing skills
• Provide Finance Business partnering to Sky Media stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• A track record of delivery and ambition in your career so far and a desire to develop
• A finance Professional with experience in a commercial finance role which includes business partnering and budgeting/planning.
• Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel), and experience of preparing analysis, insight and turning into recommendations (Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau)
• Proficient in finance systems (preferably SAP & Hyperion)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to work at pace – we work in an agile, fast-moving way at Sky
• Strong communicator able to communicate with both Finance and non-finance stakeholders
