Job Description

The Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for market success in Italy of ServiceNow's Employee Workflow product suite, which includes Employee Experience, Enterprise Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery.

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive and generate sales revenue within existing accounts and with new logos. This will be achieved by working closely with the wider ServiceNow sales ecosystem, with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and using business development techniques and field-based sales activities to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and closing sales.

This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company.

  • Be the voice of the customer and regional sales teams
  • Drive end-to-end sales initiatives (from pipeline generation to closing) focused on specific HR use cases
  • Work closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities by meeting directly with customers to provide product and industry insights
  • Communicate competitive intelligence and activity to management to keep ahead of opportunities and challenges
  • Develop, with Product Management and Marketing, key sales and go-to-market strategies to establish ServiceNow as a leader in HR Service Delivery
  • Provide industry expertise to improve logo penetration
  • Coach & enable account teams to identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle
  • Present our Employee Workflows solutions to prospects, customers, and at industry events
  • Support regional partner channels to enhance customer experience
  • Articulate customer success strategies and standardize solution presentations
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and automating workflows
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Focus on new business sales
  • Experience in software or IT sales, managing large and complex deals, ideally within SaaS
  • Ability to develop business cases and ROI for customers
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Executive presence and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
