As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in partnering with the sales team to secure enterprise deals for XTEL’s best‑in‑class Trade Promotions Management (TPM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics platform. Trusted by the world’s leading consumer goods companies, our platform empowers clients to unlock profitable growth and optimize trade investments.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and sales. You will own the technical pre‑sales process, working closely with sales representatives to strategize and win complex enterprise deals. You’ll engage in discovery sessions, solution design, and pre‑sales workshops, while delivering compelling demonstrations and articulating the strategic vision and value of XTEL’s solutions to executive audiences.
You will also ensure a seamless transition to the delivery team after deals are closed, contributing in the background to guarantee successful implementations and rapid time‑to‑value for new customers. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a consultative approach to problem‑solving.
