ACM Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Responsabile Tecnico (RT) for a leading renewable energy company to lead end-to-end delivery of Italian projects including solar PV, storage, and O&M. The role encompasses technical leadership as RT under D.M. 37/2008 and CEI norms.

Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements across Italy.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Legal/regulatory qualifications for Responsabile Tecnico under D.M. 37/2008.
• Experience in renewable energy systems and grid integration is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of renewables projects in Italy from contract to handover.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets and milestones aligned with regulations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders; manage subcontracts.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs.
