Neo4j is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to shape the core intelligence of GraphAware Hume, our graph-powered analytics platform. You will own backend APIs and security-focused design in a remote-first setup.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team across Europe to deliver scalable graph data solutions, apply modern engineering practices, and mentor others while shaping technical direction.

Competenze

• 8+ years of backend experience in large-scale systems.
• Fluency in Java and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with Spring or comparable frameworks; secure, modular APIs.
• Experience modeling relational and graph data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and automated deployments.
• Strong security mindset and knowledge of OWASP.
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration.
