TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an experienced IT Architect to translate product strategy into sustainable architectural decisions across multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

You will guide teams in implementing scalable and cohesive system designs that align with business goals. The role focuses on evolving distributed architectures, API- and event-driven patterns, and AI-enabled services, while balancing legacy constraints with modern, scalable solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture.
• Experience designing distributed systems in hyperscaler environments.
• Experience designing API- and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to drive technical decisions in multidisciplinary contexts with development teams.
• Advanced English (C1) level.

Mansioni

• Define and guide architectural choices for products, ensuring alignment with platform principles and multi-tenant SaaS evolution.
• Translate business objectives into sustainable software architectures with alignment to strategy and implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to guide domain, services, APIs and events across teams for long-term evolvability.
• Lead Architecture Reviews, clarify options, risks, and systemic impacts before they become constraints.
• Drive modular, interoperable architectures enabling reuse across products and AI-enabled integrations.
