Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in quality engineering or quality management.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading customer quality resolutions and audits.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site quality activities to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deploy site quality strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach Quality Engineers and other quality personnel to strengthen accountability.
• Manage internal, customer, and supplier audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Serve as site quality representative for critical customer matters and 8D closure.
• Collaborate with supplier quality and procurement to improve supply chain quality.
