Adecco Consultant Milano is recruiting a Senior Site Architect / Construction Manager to support complex, large-scale projects in Lombardy, Italy. You will oversee on-site coordination, ensuring design intent translates into precise construction execution and QA on data centers and industrial facilities.

The role requires leadership in coordinating architects, engineers and contractors, with strong technical documentation review and on-site problem solving.

Competenze

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or similar.
• Experience as Architect, Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Manager with site coordination.
• Experience on complex construction sites (>10,000 sqm).
• Experience in data centers, mission critical, industrial, oil & gas or large technical projects is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Autonomy, technical mindset and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel and work on site.

Mansioni

• Supervise site activities and support construction management.
• Verify works are in line with drawings, specifications, BoQ and project standards.
• Interface with General Contractors, design teams, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress, quality, technical issues and construction-related risks.

Adecco Consultant Milano is recruiting, on behalf of an international architecture and integrated design firm, a Senior Site Architect / Construction Manager to support complex large-scale projects, with a focus on data centers, industrial facilities and oil & gas.

The selected candidate will be involved in the construction phase, ensuring alignment between design intent, technical documentation, quality standards, client requirements and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and support construction management activities;
• Verify that works are executed in line with drawings, specifications, BoQ and project standards;
• Interface with General Contractors, design teams, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders;
• Monitor work progress, quality, technical issues and construction-related risks;
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations, non-conformities and site reporting;
• Coordinate architectural aspects with structural and MEP disciplines;
• Participate in site meetings and support technical problem solving during construction.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or similar;
• Solid experience as an Architect, Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Manager or similar, with direct exposure to site coordination and construction supervision;
• Proven experience on complex construction sites, preferably above 10,000 sqm;
• Experience in data centers, mission critical, industrial, oil & gas or large technical projects will be considered a strong plus;
• Ability to read and review drawings, technical specifications, BoQ and construction documentation;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good autonomy, technical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Availability to work directly on site and travel when required.
