Rezolve Ai in Milano seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client engagements. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and serve as the primary customer-facing contact for resourcing, invoicing, and delivery concerns with professionalism and pace.

Competenze

• Experience in ServiceNow professional services or consulting projects.
• Ability to travel as required by client engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Experience coordinating resource booking and scheduling.
• Primary point of contact for customers on resourcing, invoicing, and delivery concerns.
• Produce weekly/bi-weekly status reports with utilisation, risks and financial burn.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned to client objectives and AI integration.

• Coordinate with Sales, partner, and customer to understand engagements and communicate with the delivery team.
