Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Technical Service Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor, governing client relationships in managed cloud environments. You will collaborate with Client Delivery Managers and internal teams to deliver value and ensure high-quality service.

The role requires deep SAP landscape knowledge, experience in cloud operations, and the ability to drive incident management, service planning and capacity optimization. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical service management role.
• Strong SAP technical landscapes knowledge including architecture and interfaces.
• Experience supporting SAP systems in managed cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation scenarios.
• Experience with incident, problem, change and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for technology discussions throughout the managed cloud lifecycle.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues affecting the customer’s cloud landscape.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s system landscape and dependencies.
• Advise customers on technical requirements, risks and options during critical IT situations.
• Collaborate with Client Delivery Managers and delivery teams to establish long-term service plans.
• Lead operational customer meetings with the Client Delivery Manager.
• Provide hands-on technical support for critical activities when required.
• Participate in on-call activities and travel to customer locations when necessary.
