A leading energy solutions provider is looking for a Sales Manager for Renewable Energy & Utilities in Segrate, Italy. The successful candidate will define and implement commercial strategies, manage the sales cycle, and ensure strong client relationships. Required qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, along with at least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the energy sector. Excellent negotiation skills and proficient English are essential for achieving sales targets in this full-time role.

  • Define develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Renewable Energy and Utility market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor and actively participate in tenders and bids ensuring competitive and high-quality proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support business planning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.
