Employerland, on behalf of a global technology and services leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector.
What you will be doing :
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Client Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
You are the ideal candidate if you have :
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPO
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level)
