DAZN Media is the media division of the live sports OTT service DAZN. We are seeking a (Senior) Sales Manager to serve as a trusted consultant for partners, providing creative, solution-oriented ideas and products to meet their business challenges and goals. The role requires effective organization and communication skills, a passion for sport, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to stakeholders involved in the sales process.

As a (Senior) Sales Manager at one of the largest sales houses in Italy, you will collaborate closely with all departments within DAZN Media and external sales partners to maximize advertising revenue. Your responsibilities will include expanding existing partnerships into broader contracts supporting multiple revenue streams. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some hiring teams are based in the UK, so parts of the recruitment process will be conducted in English. Kindly upload your resume in English as well.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets across all DAZN products (OTT, YouTube, Podcast, etc.)
  • Engage in high-volume sales activities through existing relationships, cold calls, meetings, and RFPs
  • Serve as a trusted partner by offering creative, solution-oriented ideas, products, and content concepts
  • Develop business cases to meet client needs
  • Research market insights and evaluate competitors
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of DAZN Group’s advertising solutions
  • Collaborate with your manager and other departments to meet internal revenue goals and forecasts

You’ll have:

  • Extensive experience in the media industry, ideally TV/OTT, with a passion for sport
  • Existing high-level relationships with marketing stakeholders of major advertisers, preferably in FMCG and Retail
  • Proven sales ability in account management, new business, and concept creation, with a track record of meeting targets
  • Expertise in programmatic and/or TV advertising
  • Experience working with media agencies or sports-video broadcasters
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to develop and execute deals
  • Strong client service and professional follow-up skills
  • A proactive attitude and drive to complete duties successfully
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
