Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specialising in Automation and Electrification to join our team in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in the automation and electrification sectors, identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions, conducting technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies, negotiating complex contracts
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and stay current with automation and electrification technologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with proven experience in customer management, preferably in automation or electrification industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation and electrification technologies, including industrial manufacturing processes and energy management systems
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to analyse complex technical and business requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the Emilia Romagna region and occasionally to other parts of Italy
